How it works
From your first message to pickup, here’s what happens with your engine.
Message us
Text, call or email with your bike’s year, make and model, and whether you need a top end or a full rebuild. Not sure which? Tell us what the engine is doing.
Order your parts
We’ll send a recommended parts list for your exact bike and show you where to get the best price on OEM parts. You order them yourself, so there’s no markup.
Drop off or ship your engine
Drop-off is by appointment in Vaughan. Bring the bare engine, degreased and cleaned of heavy mud. Still in the bike? We’ll remove and reinstall it for $50 flat.
Not local? Ship it in from anywhere in Canada, insured with your carrier. Shipping both ways is at your expense.
Inspection, then the build
Every engine is inspected before assembly. If we find hidden damage, like cracked cases or worn transmission gears, work stops and you get photos and options before anything moves forward.
Machine work such as cylinder replating, boring or valve seat cutting goes to a specialized machine shop before final assembly, at your expense. Want to follow along? Ask for photos or video and we’ll send progress updates.
Pick up or ship home
Most rebuilds take 3 to 5 days once all the parts are in hand. Pay at pickup by cash or e-transfer, or by PayPal for shipped engines. Every rebuild comes with a 30-day labour warranty.
Good to know
Shipping your engine
We accept engines shipped from anywhere in Canada. Ship the bare engine insured with your carrier, and message us first so we can send you the address. Shipping both ways is at your expense.
Payment
No deposit. You pay when the rebuild is done: cash or e-transfer at pickup, or PayPal for shipped engines.
30-day labour warranty
If an issue comes from our work within 30 days, we fix it with no labour charge. Parts aren’t covered, and neither are problems outside the work we did, but call us and we’ll work out a game plan.
What we work on
Single-cylinder dirt bike engines, 2-stroke or 4-stroke, vintage to brand new. We don’t take ATV engines or twin- and four-cylinder engines.
